In a harrowing incident that has shocked the nation, an 8-year-old girl was sexually assaulted and murdered by three minor boys in Andhra Pradesh’s Nandyal. The incident took place in Mucchumarri village, and it only came to light after the victim’s father filed a missing person’s complaint on Sunday. The accused boys, aged between 13-17 years, were fellow students at the same school as the girl. They lured her to an isolated spot under the pretense of taking her to a new playground, where they subjected her to a horrific assault before throwing her body into a canal.

The tragic case has sparked widespread outrage among the local community, with demands for strict punishment for the perpetrators. Despite the arrests of all three accused individuals, the body of the young girl is yet to be recovered, leaving the family and locals distraught. The police have conducted a thorough investigation based on the confession of one of the accused, shedding light on the heinous details of the crime.

The girl, a Class 3 student, was reportedly playing in the park when she went missing, prompting her father to seek help. Extensive search operations were carried out in Muchumarri Park, and even a sniffer dog was deployed to aid in the search. Ultimately, the trail led to the residences of the three minors involved in the crime, culminating in their arrest.

Reportedly, the boys not only confessed to raping and murdering the girl, but also revealed the chilling sequence of events that unfolded that fateful day. They lured her under the guise of playing a game and then attacked her in a secluded area near the irrigation project. Fearing the consequences of their actions, they decided to eliminate the young victim and disposed of her body in a nearby canal before fleeing the scene.

The horrifying nature of this crime has reignited discussions about the safety of children, the need for stringent laws to protect minors, and the importance of raising awareness about such atrocities. As the nation mourns the loss of yet another innocent life to senseless violence, the call for justice grows louder, urging authorities to ensure that those responsible face the full force of the law.
