The National Testing Agency (NTA) recently released the provisional answer keys for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024 exam. Conducted between May 15 and May 29, the exams were held in a hybrid mode across various examination centers in 379 locations, with approximately 13.48 lakh students participating.
Candidates who are dissatisfied with the ‘OMR Answer Sheet Grading’ and ‘Recorded Responses’ have the opportunity to raise objections until July 9 by paying a processing fee of ₹200 for each question or grade challenge. The NTA announced the release of the provisional answer key on July 7 through their microblogging platform, X (formerly known as Twitter), urging candidates to view their OMR sheets and responses by logging into the NTA website.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is a national-level exam essential for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various central and participating universities. A total of 261 universities will consider the CUET UG 2024 scores for admissions.
Candidates must note that challenges will only be entertained if accompanied by the processing fee and submitted through the designated NTA portal. The NTA emphasized that no challenges would be accepted through any other medium.
