Janhvi Kapoor was spotted in a stunning traditional outfit at the Shiva Shakti Puja ceremony hosted by Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The event, held at the Ambani residence Antilla, saw Janhvi attending with her rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya. The duo arrived together, with Janhvi donning a multi-coloured lehenga paired with traditional jewellery, and her hair styled in a bun. Shikhar complemented her look in a cream kurta and matching pyjama. Although they entered the venue together, they didn’t pose for the paparazzi. Once inside, Shikhar gestured Janhvi to pose for the cameras, leaving her smiling as she obliged. The star-studded event also witnessed the presence of celebrities like Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Ananya Panday, and Atlee.
Apart from the puja, the mehendi ceremony took place at the Ambani residence, adding to the festive atmosphere. The Ambani family had previously hosted a vibrant haldi ceremony and sangeet event, the latter attended by international pop star Justin Bieber. Additionally, a Grah Shanti puja was conducted earlier by the couple. As part of the wedding celebrations, the Ambanis organized a mass wedding for the underprivileged, followed by a traditional Mameru ceremony. The upcoming ceremonies include the auspicious Shubh Vivah on July 12, Shubh Aashirwad on July 13, and the grand Mangal Utsav reception on July 14, marking the culmination of the joyful occasion.
