In exciting news for students across India, the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) is set to unveil the results of the Joint Entrance Examination- Advanced (JEE) 2024 today. The official website jeeadv.ac.in will host the results, along with the list of toppers. The exam, held on May 26, consisted of two papers with sections in physics, chemistry, and maths. Candidates will need their application number and date of birth to access their results.
Following the release of the results, the authority will provide category-wise All India Ranks (AIR) for successful candidates through the JEE Advanced 2024 online portal. It’s important to note that individual rank cards will not be sent to candidates, so checking the results online is crucial. Additionally, the final answer key and result link will go live at jeeadv.ac.in at 10 am on June 9. Notably, if any questions are dropped from the question paper, all candidates will receive full marks for those questions.
Candidates who qualify in JEE Advanced 2024 will have the chance to participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling process, where seats in prestigious institutions like IITs, NITs, and IIITs can be secured. It’s essential for qualified candidates to take part in the counselling to be considered for admission in these esteemed institutions. The centralised counselling process will unfold in multiple rounds, with mock seat allotment and final seat allocation taking place throughout June and July.
Moreover, the registration for Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) qualified candidates will open till June 10, with the test scheduled for June 12. The results of AAT 2024 will be declared on June 14.
