Air India, the national carrier of India, has come under fire recently due to a series of disturbing incidents reported by passengers. One such incident was shared by a man, Mr. Vineeth, who took to social media to criticize his horrific experience while traveling on a business class seat from New Delhi to Newark in New Jersey, United States. Describing his flight as no less than a nightmare , Mr. Vineeth highlighted various issues he faced during his journey.

Mr. Vineeth revealed that he had spent a hefty amount of Rs 5 lakh for a round trip with Air India, opting for the airline over others due to its direct flight service. However, his experience turned sour as he found the business class seats to be dirty, worn out, and a significant number of them non-functional. He also mentioned that the seats were uncomfortable, with his seat unable to be turned into a flatbed, disrupting his journey significantly.

Furthermore, Mr. Vineeth detailed the poor quality of food he received on the flight, citing uncooked meals and stale fruits, leading to a displeasing dining experience for all passengers. Additionally, he highlighted technical glitches, such as non-functional TV screens, that added to the overall discomfort of the flight. To add to his woes, Mr. Vineeth expressed frustration over his damaged luggage, making his journey with Air India a complete debacle.

In response to Mr. Vineeth’s complaints, Air India issued a statement expressing regret for the inconvenience caused and promised to investigate the matter internally for further review. The airline acknowledged the dissatisfaction faced by passengers and committed to addressing the issues to prevent similar experiences in the future.
