Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a significant visit to Moscow, Russia, which has been described as ‘very important and full-fledged’ by the Kremlin. Modi’s visit to Russia from July 8 to 9 marks his first trip to the country in nearly five years. The purpose of the visit is to hold the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit, following an invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During the summit, Modi and Putin will engage in discussions covering a wide array of areas relating to the multifaceted relations between the two countries. This high-level visit was announced by the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi, emphasizing the significance of the dialogue between the two nations.
