In a shocking turn of events, radio host Andrea Lawful-Sanders, who recently interviewed US President Joe Biden, has resigned from WURD Radio after claiming that the questions asked of the President were provided in advance. This move has sparked intense controversy surrounding Biden’s sharpness, especially after his lackluster performance in the first presidential debate. Lawful-Sanders revealed that she received eight questions recommended by Biden’s aides prior to the interview, four of which she selected for the interview. Despite initially approving the questions, Lawful-Sanders tendered her resignation in a one-minute video posted on Facebook, stating that she is no longer an on-air host at WURD. The president and CEO of WURD Radio announced that the station and Lawful-Sanders have mutually agreed to part ways, citing the violation of their practice of being an independent media outlet accountable to their listeners.
