In a recent incident at Jaipur Airport, a SpiceJet employee made headlines for assaulting a male CISF personnel during a dispute over mandatory screening procedures. The incident, which took place on Thursday morning, created a stir as the employee, identified as Anuradha Rani, refused to undergo a security check due to the absence of a female constable at the side gate.

According to reports, Anuradha Rani, who works as part of the ground staff loading food and beverages onto planes, possessed all the necessary paperwork required for airport entry. However, her refusal to comply with the security protocols led to a heated argument with the security personnel present at the gate.

The situation escalated when a woman constable was called to the spot to intervene, but instead of resolving the matter, the SpiceJet employee allegedly slapped the assistant sub-inspector, leading to her arrest and subsequent judicial custody.

SpiceJet, in response to the incident, lodged an FIR against the CISF personnel, accusing them of using inappropriate language and making unwelcome advances towards their employee. The airline stands by their employee and has initiated legal action against the alleged sexual harassment.

The CISF officials, however, deny the harassment claims and maintain that the SpiceJet employee acted without provocation. A thorough inquiry into the incident is underway, with CCTV footage being reviewed to determine the sequence of events that transpired during the altercation.

The controversy has sparked a debate on safety measures and security protocols at airports, highlighting the importance of maintaining professional conduct and adhering to established guidelines in such high-security environments.
