Indian-origin astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Willmore have been facing technical issues during their mission in space. The delays in their return to Earth have caused quite a stir as they remain comfortable and optimistic about the safe journey back. The mission aimed to test Boeing Starliner’s capabilities, which was launched on June 5 from Florida’s Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, followed by docking at the International Space Station on June 6. The delays are primarily due to propulsion system performance and helium leaks in the spacecraft’s service module. With the two astronauts stranded in space, the significance of their mission grows as they work towards certifying the Starliner for regular flights to and from the ISS.
