In the latest development regarding the NEET paper leak scandal in Bihar, the RJD has shared a photo connecting Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary to the accused Amit Anand, countering claims made by Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha. The party revealed that Choudhary was being felicitated by Anand, who has since deleted all the photos with him from his social media accounts. RJD took to Twitter to highlight the association, stating, ‘The main accused in the NEET exam paper leak scam with the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar.’ The party also accused the minister of trying to cover his tracks by removing the incriminating photos. This revelation comes after Sinha alleged that an official linked to RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav was in contact with the prime suspect in the case, Sikander Prasad Yadvendu, coordinating his accommodations prior to the exam. Sinha further questioned Tejashwi Prasad’s silence on the matter and accused the RJD of deflecting attention from the demands of NEET aspirants. The NEET-UG 2024 exam, conducted by NTA, saw participation from over 24 lakh candidates, with results declared on June 4. Following the release of results, allegations of irregularities surfaced, with 67 students achieving top scores amidst rumors of question paper leaks in Bihar. As the investigation unfolds, more details are expected to emerge regarding the involvement of various individuals in the NEET paper leak scandal.
